good product, flimsy box
The metal looks good quality, though my agenda has changed with the lockdown and I haven't had a chance to use it. The box is okay, moulded body but the lid is a slide on sheet and arrived cracked. Not much more damage and it will be unusable. For some reason I had expected a hinged box, and a lpt more robust, but then it was very cheap.

Excellent machine
Good efficient but quite simple machine. Identical to the one that I used continuously for about 10 years and eventually just wore out. If it does as well as the last I will be delighted.
It arrived pretty quickly and no problems.
The machine was good value. The P&P is quite expensive.
UK users note that you need a fairly robust voltage converter.
