good to make the dough
I tried the soft bread and the french bread, they both didn't come out right, one was too doughy the other one didn't mix right. I tried the dough only and take it out, make little breads and bake them in my oven, that way it worked perfectly. the add and minus sign, I don't know how to use it, only to add time to the starting point. I wanted to see if it work to mix more time, but I couldn't do it. I like that freedom of not having to mix and work the dough, but the baking part I still didn't master.

it does work, you just have to be persistent, keep taking for at least 3 months, then you could do it on the full moons every month as a maintenance.
