  Double checked with the seller as to color before ordering. Once received the seller had indeed made an error when I double checked on color. She took responsibility for the error however wanted me to send back rather than her make the arrangements and I wouldn't get a refund until she had received it. She didn't even say how much...if she was refunding shipping which was over 30 if shipped twice. I would have preferred an offer of half my money back and keep the purse...it was her error.

  I offered my apologies to this buyer over and over and said I’d give her a complete refund. She refused and wanted to keep the purse. She was completely unreasonable!
