Good converter if you're looking for 100% reliability

Perfect for Linux based systems
These are the perfect cards for linux based systems. Since they are intel cards, no drivers need to be installed. I use 2 of these for an LACP bond on my Ubuntu based NAS. They perform perfectly with full gigabit speeds. I have not tested these with windows, but they most likely work in windows server. The only minor issue is that they get pretty hot in normal desktop pcs, but I had some spare Noctua 80mm fans laying around, so I stuck a fan facing towards these cards and they stay nice and cool.
