Great quiet mouse
It is so soft and quiet, it feels good to press the buttons and there is no obnoxious clicking sound when you use the scroll wheel. Love this mouse.

Great for sous videing potatoes with that higher temp
These are a lot bigger than I thought! I used the smaller one to souz vide potatoes for mashed potatoes - the taters cooked great! I use the instapot to sous vide, and I was able to close the lid well enough with the tops of the bag laying up over the edge to keep water out.
Potatoes still float, but I put some glass fermenting weights I have around inside the bag with the potatoes, and a glass plate on top to hold it all down.
They get 4 stars because they don't really have a nice way to tie them closed, they have that weird lip with the two holes meat for their silicone zip to go through, but they are on the same side so I don't really get what that's about.
overall though, great for sous vide'ing with when you don't want the instapot and the high temps for vegetable cooking to melt the plastic. They are easy to wash and seem pretty durable.

Steam canner so much easier to use then the water bath
It arrived quickly but with a small dent on the bottom pan, it doesn't affect the function of it at all. I used it for the first time last weekend, we did some quick pickled green beans and mini corns. We tested it according to the instructions, and just to make sure we knew what we were doing before we started. I hope everyone trying this out for the first time does that too, you'll get a better idea for how long it'll go. We let our pickles go for the longest time for the biggest jar (30 mins) and it was so easy compared to waiting for that big pot of water to start boiling, and the harrowing risk of breaking a jar in the bath, and fishing the jars out of hot water. It was a breeze to use and so much faster.
