Fantastic book
As you would expect, there are a few pages at the beginning dedicated to healthy eating, but it’s well written and easy to digest. Excuse the pun.
The recipes look delicious and none of them scream lose weight, diet, don’t eat this. Most of them contain store cupboard ingredients, none require expensive extras and the recipes are well laid out. By far my favourite book.

A brilliant book for anyone who loves cats or knows someone who does.
This is an excellent book for anyone who loves cats. It is full of facts and information as to why cats behave the way they do. It is an absolute must for anyone who owns a cat.

Worth the money
This is a very light cream that absorbs instantly. It’s non-greasy and you only need a 5p size blob for the whole face, neck and décolleté. Don’t use too much - a little really goes a long way.
As it sinks in, I can feel a very slight tightening effect.
It has a strong essential oil smell (I’d say lavender) which is very pleasant and it disappears within about 5 seconds after application.
It’s very long lasting. I put it on at 7am and by 10pm, my face still feels and looks hydrated.
I’d definitely buy this again.
