Decent for an inexpensive laptop charger.
Works ok. Output voltage is 400mV high when unloaded and the ac inlet is ungrounded compared to the original. Supplied ac inlet cord is very low quality. Cord is not a us style cord it's Chinese. Cord also has poor fit and finish with burs and no regulatory markings.

Works ok but has the typical issues.
Works fine. It has rather slow ranging and reads about 3 volt high on the ac range at ~120 Volts. Resistance scale is about 0.5% - 1% off. Doubt the category ratings are legitimate. For the price it's fine. don't recommend use for critical measurements or on any systems with a high amount of potential energy. Compact and good enough for verifying voltages are present and variable resistors are functional not really for absolute values.
