  Boots were very small, not a size 9, could not even get foot into the boot. Seller did not disclose true size. They did say I could return them and pay double shipping, not worth the trouble to do that since it is close to the cost of the boots alone over $20.00 shipping. I would ask buyer many questions before purchasing products they are not accurately described in listing.

  Untrue! The boots were CLEARLY marked on the inside tag as a size 9 which can be seen CLEARLY in the photos from the listing. Your statement is totally false and the photos prove it!

  I have over 20 pairs of UGG boots which are all size 9 and fit well. My concern is that these boots may be counterfit and thus why the sizing is off. It is the sellers responsibility to indicate if they are authentic or not as well as if the sizing is off. Like I stated, I could not even get my foot into the boot to try them on. I'm contacting UGG directly to see if they are authentic and will follow-up once I hear back from them, if they are in fact counterfit, I will file a claim with ebay
