Solid performance
The fine point nib for the Cross Townsend performed really well "out of the box" with no modifications necessary. It is not unusual for me to modify a nib's performance when I get a new pen to make it smoother or a bit wetter, but this nib did not require any special attention. For this reason, I feel comfortable recommending this nib to anyone who is looking for a decent nib for general writing purposes.

Great pen at an unbeatable price
Despite the extremely low price, the Jinhao 599A performs like a much more expensive pen. I gave it four stars only because of the construction quality which is not the best.

Great EDC pen, but where are the refills?
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is an excellent pen and it writes with a fine enough line to use for general writing. I only give it 4 stars because I can't seem to find refills and I'm not sure that Sharpie is still making this pen or refills. If the refills are not available, it is quite pricey even though it is stainless steel.
