The quality may be fine...just different then the original product.
I was expecting this product to be like the Original Sensodyne. It has a different texture and taste. I have about 1/3rd of a tube of the original Sensodyne and I compared them carefully. I may have to adjust! Just know that it's different than the Sensodyne I've used for probably 20 years.
