I LOVE THE CUSTOMS AND CULTURAL INFORMATION AS WELL AS THE EXCELLENT COLOR PICTURES OF THE FINISH PRODUCTS. I HAVE A LARGE COLLECTION OF MEXICAN COOK BOOKS AND THIS HAS AN EXCELLENT COMBINATION OF SWEET DESSERTS, CANDIES, FLAN, PUDDINGS, BAKING BREAD FOR THE DEAD, THE SUGAR SKULLS AND RECIPES THAT YOU CAN USE ALL YEAR AROUND. IT HAS PICTURES OF THE FINISHED RECIPES. I CHECKED THIS BOOK OUT AT MY LOCAL LIBRARY, LOVED IT AND BOUGHT IT ON EBAY. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
