Beautiful and affordable.
Love the style. Bright polished silver stays shiny. Slightly adjustable, maybe half inch each way. I have a very expensive bamboo style silver bracelet (because I have large wrists), but this one is very, very comparable. Just not as heavy. It is perfect for my granddaughter.

The most loving bear
Just lovable and huggable. I just gave one to a dearest friend who lost her adult son to blood disease. She says when she cuddles him she feels peaceful. Who says he is just a toy?

Easy to Live with Diet

My husband and I travel quite a bit to visit our families and children who live all over the country and we just like to travel period. We have a very busy life at home as well with hobbies and volunteer activities. We are on the go all the time. How did we ever find time to hold down jobs!
I tried the South Beach Diet because the one I was following, and doing very well on, just didn't lend itself to travel and socializing. Too dependent on eating meals prepared at home. I have found the South Beach Diet a very healthful way of eating and very easy to live with. The phases are not in the least draconian and -- like any diet followed faithfully, it works if you work it!
