  The way the nutcracker was wrapped in bubble wrap & sit in a box caddy corner caused it to be recessive smashed up. The tinsel on the nutcracker is smashed up where the wire is visible & did not have a good look. Seller refunded but not the shipping. I was out the shipping cost. Very unhappy with purchase but gave neutral because they communicated & refunded 1/2. Still ended up throwing out. All for not.

  Item was insured. Buyer chose to keep it and I still gave half back.

  Thank you so much to this seller for selling this bear to me. It arrived today and is absolutely adorable. Shipping time was amazingly fast and the bear was safely wrapped. I had a lot of questions for this seller and every question was answered quickly. Basically I was a pain in the foot but THANK YOU to this seller they stuck right by me. This is one fantastic seller and I will definitely buy from them again!!!!
