Post office did not lose it ! Item had slight dent in rim, but no problem. Item works well but is difficult to install; the ground wire is in such a different location than the other wires that it has to be routed separately; they should have used a 3-wire connector to make things a bit easier.

It did not work.

I bought this item as a backup to work with my existing Logitech MK520 Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combo. The original dongle still works, but the new one does not. Looking at the numbers below, it seems that it should work, only the Serial number is different. printed on ORIGINAL Logitech MK520 dongle: FCC ID: JNZCU0007 IC: 4418A-CU0007 (hard to read) S/N: LZ728Z8A-DJ (the DJ is very blurry) M/N: C-U0007 CNC ID: C-8941 printed on new received non-working dongle: FCC ID: JNZCU0007 IC: 4418A-CU0007 S/N: LZ640DD-DJ M/N: C-U0007 CNC ID: C-8941
