Taking Lives - Action with plot twists
I bought 'Taking Lives' on DVD as I'm a fan of Angelina Jolie. This is not one of her best movies but Angelina still performs brilliantly throughout, as do the other actors. The plot contains a few twists with a big surprise at the end, the first time I watched this I hadn't guessed the ending at all..I won't say too much, I'll give it away!
It's a thrilling film and keeps your attention. The only thing I dislike about it is, when you've watched it once, you already know the plot twists!!

Levellers - a classic first album
My partner is a huge Levellers fan and this is the only album he didn't own on CD so I bought it as a present. When it arrived I listened to it to check it was ok and thought it was fantastic! It's their first album and has thought-provoking lyrics, a mixture of upbeat and slow tunes and is great to listen to in the car!

Darkman - not that dark!
I bought 'Darkman' after catching the end of the film on TV. It has a bit of a 'Phantom of the Opera' feel to it.
It's got some great action scenes in it, and some scenes which just made me laugh out loud (I'm not sure if they were meant to be funny...) because they were so cheesy!
Darkman is a film for a bit of a laugh and over-the-top acting from Liam Neeson.
