Captivating
I saw the original years back when it originally aired and have been longing for years to see it again. Even better than the original with no commercial breaks and waiting until the next episode. Well done remaster. Sure it's a more narrow format than what we see in a theater but this was made for TV and that is what All TVs looked like back then.
I especially liked the extra features and interviews that were not aired originally where I viewed it. I wish there had been footage near the end of the battle between Zulu and the colonist "Sparrows" but other movies have been made devoted to that. This production was devoted to the life and ingenuity of the great Shaka Zulu and in that it did exceedingly well.
