Lightweight Star Trek
I am enjoying this ( relatively ) new Star Trek series, which is a spin off from Discovery. The episodic nature is very much reminiscent of the Original Series. Not quite as involving as Discovery or Picard. The DVD disc menu seems a bit slow and clunky compared with Blu Ray, but the quality is acceptable,

Never to say Never - Again
Bought to replace VHS copy. A good movie that is loosely based on Thunderball. Connery does manage to 'send himself up' a little in places. Not produced by the usual Brocoli Bond Franchise but well worth adding to any Bond enthusiasts collection. The story of how Sean and his wife happened to own the film rights to the Thunderball book, and therefore managed to 'create' another Bond movie is probabaly well documented elsewhere. I happen to prefer Sean Connery as Bond, and the addition of Kim ( 9 1/2 weeks ) Basinger made it irresistable for me. Many of humerous moments that were a hallmark of the earlier Movies. The inclusion of Rowan Atkinson as one of 'Q's assistants was inspired.The title was inspired by Connery's original assertion that he would never play Bond again....
