  Seller put this item for auction. I won the item and paid, the seller was not happy with the winning bid so cancelled the order. I thought I would be safe with this seller as they had great reviews, unfortunately this was not the case.

  The buyer's comments are fair. I never ever use the Bid Option but on this occasion, eBay would not allow me to turn it off (the slider was greyed out). I set a Buy it Now price of £1000, expecting it to not accept a winning bid lower than £ 1000. Naturally I was wrong and could only apologise to the customer. £680 for a brand new sealed iPhone 14 Pro with 2 screen guards and a case all brand new was considerably lower than some of the used ones. My mistake but could not bear to suffer the loss.
