  BUYERS BEWARE. BAD SHIPPING METHODS. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. Seller improperly packaged the helmet by not securing the item or covering it with protective wrap causing it to bounce around during shipment which caused scuffing to the signature. After providing proof of the error we agreed to a partial refund to make amends. After back and forth and failed half hearted attempts on providing the refund, the seller essentially quit trying and said take it up with eBay. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

  Offered full refund through eBay but buyer just wanted money back and to keep helmet I'm guessing she just wiped small smudge off.
