Looks better than it works
Nice retro look and easy to keep clean but let down by the lethargic steamer which takes too long to get up to temperature, which causes the coffee to cool . The amount of steam available is insufficient to throff the milk adequately !

26 " Hitachi to avoid
Like build quality and stong brand name
Picture quality is very good aided by ample adjustment in the menu settings
Sound through speakers is ok but much better with headphones or through hi-fi
unit.
Connectivity is comprehensive catering for both hi-fi and pc which enables it to be used as a monitor.
The only letdown with the tv is the extremely poor epg with no download facilty
which means it cannot be upgraded and channel numbers with no prgramme info
are as useful as a one legged ballerina, unless you try to read the blue text
on a blue background with a 3" picture in one corner!!
Hitachi will need to do a lot better before I would consider buying another
product of their making as the nuisance factor outweighs the product quality
for me.

Pay more and buy better quality!
Made from extremely thin low grade stainless steel, very unstable shape does not .
lend itself to use on gas hob.
They are cheap and you get what you pay for!
