  i contacted the seller several times, only asking for 1/2 of my money back, because some of the pieces miraculously survived such treatment (hardly any packing material) but they refused to acknowledge me. i receive all my mail at a fedex office where they sign for it and this is the way it arrived. i opened it while at the office. such a shame that this beautiful antique china was handled this way. such a lack of respect.

  The seller negotiated with me and settled for a wonderful price. I appreciated that. The item arrived adequately packaged with all attachments (extra) and accessories as pictured ,and it works! Shipping cost was very high because the item is heavy, and considered over-sized. It took 30 days to receive it due to use of the United States Postal Service
