Accurate title, item was new. Listing as open box was a stretch, the box was damaged, but item was in perfect condition!
Everything I expected & more. Print quality is excellent, set up on the computer(s) was easier than expected (networked,) initial physical setup a little harder, directions could have included a note regarding the effort required to access toner. I thought I might break the hinge assembly when attempting to first open the door.

Exactly as stated.
No cons to speak of. Used generator 24/7 during 8 day outage due to tropical storm Isaias, worked perfectly.
One thing that would have helped, was the ability to attach generator to my outside natural gas connection. Can't find any information regarding hookup.
