Faulty electric blanket controller
It arrived damaged & would not activate when plugged in & turned on. I also noticed a slight burn mark near the cord going into the control box when it arrived. Went to a local store & just bought a whole new blanket with control, plugged it in the same outlet & it works just fine. I tried to e-mail back as a one time customer for a return & it was confusing & I got no reply. I do not want to create an account.
