Not useful for this reader.
This is a book about the psychology of investing and trading and what some of the potential personal psychological issues are that might cause losses. If you are unfamiliar with psychology in general, this book provides a very basic overview of some psychological definitions and theories. If you are educated in psychology you may not find this book useful. Much of the content pertaining to trading and investing is dated but that is to be expected for a book published a quarter of a century ago.

Budwig Diet and Science Explained
This Book explains the science behind the Budwig Diet and includes a few recipes. The book states that there is an addendum to this book on the authors' website but it is no longer available. Maybe a more current edition of this book has the missing information - maybe not. If you want to know about Dr. Budwig, read the free pdf "Budwig, the doctor who found a cure for cancer". If you're looking for recipes, buy Dr. Budwig's recipe book instead of this one.

A non-toxic alternative cancer cure.
