  Seller had a Spingen case pictured in the auction that I never received in my package. The seller told me "sorry, forgot" so understandably, I said OK, please just ship it to me or I can also purchase one and you can reimburse me... whatever works. Seller said "sorry, I can't do either"... then had the audacity to tell me the case was never required to be included! Then why picture it?! Deceitful excuses. Kept the case he forgot to include and doesn't want to help me resolve this. Bad experience
