Emanuel Outline
I love these resources. As a law student, it definitely helps to use a reliable source other than just your casebook, especially since so many of them only discuss cases at length and relevant law briefly.
Emanuel's has a shorter outline at the beginning of the book, and a more lengthy outline throughout, further explaining concepts. It's recommended to read the full chapters while covering the relevant topics in class, and the shorter outline before exams.
There is a chart in the beginning which can help you find certain portions depending on which casebook you use. It's very helpful, since all of the casebooks are so drastically different.
