The SSD was successfully installed in my...
The SSD was successfully installed in my Steam Deck. During the OS installation, the chassis and display area near the SSD on the motherboard became noticeably warm. However, it only heated up significantly while actively downloading my game library. During gameplay the SSD and its temperature never bothered me. One important note: make sure to carefully remove the original drive and keep the gray thermal shield intact. Gently detach it and transfer it onto the new SSD. Works great!
