  Disastrous experience with a dishonest seller; the advertised content was completely false. Despite paying 88 euros for express shipping (24 hours), the seller opted for the world's most economical shipping method. After a 15-day wait, the package finally arrived, devoid of any protective packaging. When contacted, the seller insisted that everything was normal. A disappointing and dishonest service that severely undermined my trust in this transaction.
