I've had several minor problems so far
I have had to call Singer twice because the directions in the manual weren't clear. I also have had to go to websites to look at tutorials and learn. I'm not a beginning sewer. I have yet to finish the first project, because something goes wrong...needle broke, needle wouldn't stay threaded and had trouble filling the bobbin. Directions in the manual could be clearer.

It doesn't take my mascara off
I couldn't figure out if I was using the product right so I changed mascara brands and it still isn't taking my mascara off totally. It's probably just me. Maybe I'm not doing it correctly. I like the product idea and because it goes with the rest of my Mary Kay makeup, but it isn't really working for me. Any suggestions?

Just what I ordered
I have used Mary Kay for 30+ years and this is one of the best foundations that the market sells. It matches my skin color almost perfectly. Goes on smooth and doesn't look blotchy at the end of the day.
