  This lady was a nightmare to deal with I could only imagine what type of Karen you are to people in public. Abusive , rude , couldn't hear the customer isn't always right. You should read u on eBay policy's because when a shipment is damaged on transit by the u.s.p.s , you've got insurance that comes with your tracking. You got on my nerves so bad I paid you to go away!. I didn't have to refund you. and yes you broke the box to be spiteful . lookit 85 year old Karen you must feel good🖕
