Big improvement
At first I wasn't to sure. Lack of stipple on the sides and it did feel smaller. 100 rounds later, no problem, Very comfortable with out the finger indents on the original grip, my fingers just didn't land where they wanted because of the indents. No problem now. The plastic sides are no problem and the grip front and back have enough stipple for a good grip. The other grip would take the skin off between my thumb and pointer finger on recoil, this grip you can shoot all day, nothing. I think because you can put your fingers where you want and it's a little softer on the top of the back strap. I also wrap my left hand around my right and set my thumb on the back of the grip on the very top pointing forward, you can see the sights over it, it gives more control over the recoil and keep you on target better. Patients putting it on, very good fit so it has to be just right to curve up on, it might take a few tries. Star bit screw. Conceals better.
