It’s cheap - expect to do some work on it.
The tabs on the side of the base were sloppily welded leaving a glob of weld where they should be flush. You may need to grind some of the weld off so it sits flat. Not that hard to do considering the price. The biggest problem was the 3/16 diameter steel balls fell out of the thrust bearing on the shaft that you turn to raise or lower the platform. The nut that secures the clearance for this bearing came loose allowing the balls to fall out. The two cradles for the frame of your m/c won’t screw up or down cause of lousy tapped holes but I don’t use these for my application so no big deal. After some hassle it works fine so I guess I’m happy - it is very stable.
