  Had to ask seller to cancel order when seller was charging 4.99 for shipping and printed an ebay pwe label when I was under the impression the 4.99 shipping fee was for usps ground advantage left message if seller could refund me the difference since a ebay pwe label was printed with a esus tracking # instead of usps ground advantage seller replied to late with the supplies that needed to be used the time needed to prep the card for shipment the sellers time handling fee was not specified.
