  There was a mix-up at the warehouse and the wrong size was shipped to me. It was what I ordered, just the wrong size. No worries, though! I contacted the seller, and she quickly responded, took the high road and is shipping out a replacement of the correct size right away. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from this seller at all.

  When I purchased the item, USPS never updated the shipping information until it was delivered. I reached out to the seller and they confirmed that it was shipped out the day its label was printed. Even though USPS never updated the shipping info, item came at the exact time promised and as described. Out the box, the banks worked, charged, and continue to charge. Great product and even better price.

  Item came in a worse condition than advertised and I contacted the seller and they got back to me really quick and they issued me a refund and told me I could keep or dispose of the product. Even though I got a faulty product I would recommend this seller they are better than most
