  The photos in the listing were not the same photos of the item sent. The listing stated there was some damage, but it was unopened. When I received the item the bubble was completely crushed, the car was out of the package and loose in the bubble mailer. This should have been shipped in a box. For what I for the value was horrible and the quality was not as described. Highly recommend avoiding this buyer. Also horrible at communication and needs to learn how to speak to people.

  The customer purchased a USED item. The buyer had no expectation of receiving a new item. It was listed 4 times in the listing the packaging would be damaged. This is one of the worst buyers we have ever dealt with on ebay.

It was packaged very well to make sure there were no issues affecting quality during the shipping process. The price paid for the item + shipping was extremely fair.   Item was pre-packed by Mattel, so original shipper used. It was shipped and received quickly, in new condition, for a good price. I was hoping that it was going to be the item pictured with the window on the front of the box so I could use the back as a diorama, but it isn't. Otherwise, the item was in perfect condition. The quality of the item is typical for a playset and it will make a nice display once it's set up. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and recommend the seller. Thanks!

  The WWE Elite Ultimate Edition Rey Mysterio Red Outfit Brand New in Box arrived in perfect condition, just as the seller promised. It was packaged in a very snug box with no padding at all inside, so luckily it arrived without incident during the postal service handling. It was the shipping box from the Mattel company, though, not the seller. In any case, it arrived quickly and it is awesome.
