Not sure about inclement weather.
Pretty sturdy and undoubtedly USMC-symbolic. Perfect size for a shoulder case. The advertisement photo is skewed to give the impression of being oversized but it is not. Shoulder strap padding could be thicker for prolonged bearing. No complaints through. Very smart inclusion of the separate inner case, A+ bonus for inclement weather. At the right price a superior product. Glad I found it.
