This IS a direct Form, FIT, & Fubction Replacement
This Mfgrs. product is a DIRECT Form, Fit, & Function replacement for the GE GXRTOR External Ice Maker Water Filter. The GE SUPPOSED replacement is ONLY Form & Function replacement. It is NOT FIT replacement. GE screwed up, probably to reduce cost of the 2 small Quick Disconnect fittings on each end.. Fortunately this Mfgr stepped in to make anactual direct replacement. I thank them for doing that. Easy to install and works fine.
