HOT - Thermally & Electrically - HOT

Be careful with this immersion heater. 13.5 Ohm coil with 16 Ohm leakage to line. Brings water to a boil and mains potential depending which way non-polarized power plug is inserted. Reads 1030 Watts @ 122VAC. Boils water fast but the water reads 111VAC to Earth ground. Got to give this "THUMBS DOWN" for hazardous operation.

WORKS But NOT Loud

Well...This cassette adapter does work but the output is pretty weak. It sounds OK but only raises 2 notches on my home VU meters. Maybe my Ipod max output is insufficient to drive this adapter to full output....I may update this after using it more
