Excellent quality with everything included, nice touch was the crosshead driver, went together easily and quickly with no problems and whilst a little expensive for what it is I cannot complain about the fit, quality or performance, I would buy the same again (although I might try harder for a lower price!)

What I found, if cutting off more than 10mm (3/8") go to desired length in stages using say a number 5 grade cut before selecting 3 for the final desired length, (or 6 then a 4 depending on where you want to end up) it is hard to see the back of your head so get someone to check after use as I had a long bit! after you think you have finshed just go over one more time to catch the bit you didn't get! Use a towel or similar to catch the hair it doesn't stay in the machine and gets everywhere. What I would like for an improvement is a faster cutter speed, it sometimes sounds a little slow and laboured even after a full charge, still works though. For me after three cuts on myself the machine has paid for itself and saved me a journey to the barber. (that costs a litre of diesel as well)
