Fitting this by yourself
Fitting this on your own is fairly easy but alot of patience required. Blankets is a must if you don't want to scratch the paint.
Better if there is two of you.
Instructions are pretty straightforward to follow.
Make sure you have all the tools to start the job. Otherwise it will be a pain to do.

Good product.
Although it was a tight fit.
Used a piece of hard wood to gently tap it into place then placed the locking screw to secure it.
Reduced the loud exhaust to an acceptable level.

The straps
The product is not bad for the money but it could do with a bit more length on the straps to use on the wrist and ankles. As they are cut a bit short for my liking.
