Pretty to look at, thats about it....Sorry
Pretty to look at and pretty useless too.
If you place this close to your lips you may just feel the puff of air it moves. Its cooling power is very very small. So no matter the price its not good value.

Bit of a blow
Looks good and easy to fit. However the drives arent held firmly which is a problem if you have a strong torque drive, its moves, noisy. The air flow mostly vents out the top bottom and sides. I got a 3 degree celcius drop in drive temp until I taped the top, bottom and other holes, then 7 degrees. The cage itself only fixes at the bottom ( in my case ) which means it resonates a little. A redesign that would work is keep the front the same use solid walls with screw holes for the drives so they can vibrate and so we can put in silicon vibration grommets.

Value and quality are time dependent - 5 weeks doesnt cut it
lasted 5 weeks, dead now.
No matter how well made or how cheap its is neither cheap, usefull or of quality if its not working.
