Direct Replacement
As far as I can tell, holding one in each hand and inspecting - this is identical to the original battery and had performed well. It took a long time to reach its first full charge - not a problem at all though and I am very happy with this purchase.

Works well, very adjustable - nice weighting for an expensively " damped" feel when moving monitor.
