Cheap and flimsy
Works as it is designed to. Snap it on a 5 gallon bucket and you're good to go. Not the best quality and definitely not meant for super heavy people. It does the trick.

Very very small
Being a plus size woman with shorter arms, I bought this in hopes that it would give me a great hands-free option. The ball is much much smaller than I expected.

Love this!
I love this, because I have short arms and I am plus sized. Sometimes it is a little hard to get my favorite dildo inside myself. This attachment gives me at least 8 inches of extra reach. You can also use the handle as a dildo itself.
OR connect the two together and you have a dual double dildo.
It is made of a hard plastic but is somewhat flexible. Very easy to clean. And works very well with any vacu lock dildo.
