  Item shipped the next day after purchase and arrived in excellent shape. There was a mishap with an accessories box not being shipped but seller was quick to make it right and shipped it right away after I mentioned it. They also sent an extra screw kit for the case.

  Decent condition. One case didn't fit and other wasn't very clean. Confusion over shipping multiple package with different carriers which seller did not attempt to clarify.

  We're sorry for the confusion in carriers but as an international shipment we have no control over what happens with the packages once they cross the border. The customer was informed by our support team every step of the way until, as mentioned, via text messages via the eBay platform, it arrived at the international hub. If you wish, you can return the item(s) and we will honor a full refund.
