Inulin powder
Bought this following health claims that it helps to burn visceral fat, ie that fat that builds up around internal organs. Obviously it must be used in conjunction with an overall approach to reducing fat, calorie reduction, exercise etc. However despite months (it takes at least 6months to begin to work apparently) of dealing with the gaseous side effects no measurable difference in body fat % was observed.
This is dissappointing as this internal fat is harder to shift by the usual diet and exercise approach.
I suppose I'll keep trying for a while longer

Bought for my wife and she doesn't like it! The snooze function is awkward - not what you want obviously.
