  kit did not come with a volo chip as described, seller would not respond to messages, had to get eBay involved to get it shipped back and get my refund. it bummed me out as I was excited for the HHO kit

  I’ve never dealt with a more difficult seller in my life! after finally receiving the product there’s no instruction book & sent a note that said due to Covid they’re out of stock of the instruction books and will send a PDF!!! still sitting here today with no instructions no PDF and since when did Covid stop their ability to print out a book! worst eBay seller in history is Hydro club USA…unless they change what they do and how they treat customers!
