Hotpoint Replacement Pump for Hotpoint WMD960
This pump replaced my old one, which was about 10 years old. The old Plaset part number was COD 72878, fitted to a Hotpoint WMD960P washing machine, but this pump was a direct replacement. They are identical parts, so Plaset must have updated the old one or have rationalised their parts. Fitted now and working well as expected. The electrical connectors are exactly the same, the inlet and outlet pipe fittings are exactly the same and the mounting dimensions and means are exactly the same. The old pump was also rated 30W.

Getting hot again!
You worry about buying inferior products off ebay when the prices are so good, but there is nothing to worry about. Easy replacement, just takes 5 minutes and safe, as long as you switch the cooker off at the wall before starting on this replacement job. Cooker back up an running and cooking again, giving a huge saving of only spending £12, and not having to buy another cooker for £300 - £400, Brilliant!! The replacement is so easy, 4 screws to remove for the fan cover, then 2 screws for this element, then pull it out from the back, gently, and then disconnect the blade connectors. Installation is the reverse process, doesn't get any easier!!! Don't forget, switch the cooker off at the wall before starting!!!

Mirror attached on first application. ...
Mirror attached on first application. The question is how long will it last? The mirror lasted about 6 years attached by Autoglass from windscreen replacement. Can t tell performance/value/quality until it falls off, but it was certainly easy to install.
