Bellydance Jam-Belly Flop
I found that there was not a lot of precise instruction on the DVD so for someone not familiar with any of the moves would find it uninformative. There were more advertisements in it than anything else. I did love the music CD that was included; great music!!

Perfect for bracelets!
Can't wait to make these into bracelets with suede bands. They are good and sturdy and have great sayings!
