  Will use again. I messaged them about 1-3 delivery after purchase and after 5PM and within 20 minutes had a response, they refunded my purchase and set it up to where i could select the different shipping at check out. It shipped the following morning which was a Friday and I got it Monday, all the way down in south Louisiana. AC guy coming to install it now. The wife is happy as can be. Product is exactly as described. Absolutely the best to work with on a purchase. Thank you HVACMOTORS.

  Cant say enough good things about this seller. Super accommodating and went out of the way to help a buyer out. Super communication, responsive and went out of the way to make my situation workable. Product was in great shape, clean and looked and functioned like new, better than advertised - works like a charm! Product was packaged 'excessively well' for shipping - I mean, I almost couldn't believe how well it was packaged. Thank you, again!

  Wrong part was in the box (120V instead of 240V), but looks like a supplier problem, not a seller problem. I ordered an upgraded 35-3 part elsewhere; came in same red box. hvacmotors shipped quickly, packed very nicely, refunded quickly. Would do business again if I needed a different part.

  Highly recommend seller. He voluntarily shipped priority to try to help get our furnace running during a cold snap. When I messaged him at 1am he responded at 5am - on a Sunday. When there was an issue, he quickly acted to get it resolved at his expense. Would definitely purchase from him again.
