Not really heavy duty !
This is a good Anchor Plug and works well for light items mounted on plasterboard BUT I wouldn't describe it as heavy duty. I used it for mounting a toilet roll holder and it wasn't robust enough to allow sufficient tightening to hold firmly. The thread failed with just moderate tightening and it was very diffcult to remove the damaged plug. It was replaced with a screw-in type which was much better

Solved the problem at a fraction of BMW price
The traction control switch light was coming on intermittently on my BMW E 90 , with loss of power. I was advised to replace the reluctor rings andwheel sensors on both rear wheels but BMW don't sell kits, only complete axles ! The kits, one each side were straightforward to fit ( don't abrade the metal under the old rings, just clean off the rust gently ). Two kits £72 . Two BMW axles would have been 10 times more. ! They are good quality rings. The sensors fair quality, rather flimsy connectors but hey, they work fine and the problem has been solved. Brilliant. Quick delivery too !

Far better than a stick
I recently injured my knee. The A&E didn't issue a crutch and, with the number of hoops you have to negotiate to get one later, we gave up and bought these.
Perfect and a rapid delivery too. It meant that i could get about many days sooner than waiting for NHS ones !
